Transfers from Other FFL Dealers
We welcome firearm transfers from other licensed dealers. To ensure a smooth and timely process, please review the following guidelines:
Purchases from Other Dealers:
H&M Armory Inc. is not involved in the sale or condition of any firearm purchased from another dealer. All concerns regarding the transaction must be addressed directly with the seller.
New Dealer Transfers:
If the dealer you are purchasing from has not previously transferred to us, please have them email us at transfers@hmarmory.com to initiate the process.
Missing Customer Information:
Occasionally, we receive shipments without customer contact details. If you are expecting a transfer, please email transfers@hmarmory.com with your full name, contact information, and a description of the item(s) being sent. We will notify you as soon as your transfer has been processed and is ready for pickup.
Processing Time:
While most dealers provide tracking information and estimated delivery dates, please understand that depending on the time of delivery, your transfer may not be processed the same day. We strive to complete all transfers promptly, typically on the day received. Your patience is appreciated—we will reach out once your firearm is ready.
Transfer Fees:
Please ask us if you have questions about transfer fees. Below is our standard fee schedule:
- First firearm (per dealer): $25
- Each additional firearm (same dealer): $10
- TBI Background Check Fee: $10
- SOT/NFA Transfers (per serialized item): $75
